PROBLÉMATIQUE
The seafood dining market swings between traditional brasseries and elite fine dining. Lobster Lab needed to modernize the image of seafood without losing product credibility, and create a distinctive universe that generates desire and social sharing. How can marine codes be refreshed while staying authentic? How can a classic product become a contemporary, desirable experience?

We built Lobster Lab as an experiential brand anchored in a clear concept: the sea reinvented. The visual territory combines a clean, structured aesthetic with codes inspired by laboratories and maritime mapping. The platform highlights precision, freshness, and culinary experimentation. The customer experience—from menu to scenography—becomes a coherent, differentiating, premium immersion.
